That’s been our idea since we opened on Washington Avenue in 2007. Some of you grab an espresso and head downtown. Some stay and talk awhile. Either way, we’re glad you came in. We serve coffee roasted by our sister roastery, Amaya, right here in Houston.

FAMILY NAMES.

We named our shop after Max’s mother. Catalina is her first name; Amaya is her maiden name. Fresh coffee comes over from our sister roastery here in Houston five days a week.
